Practice Building Webinars With Your Practice In Mind
Action toward success. That’s what this series is about. Where to go, who to talk to, what to do, when to do it, and how to do it … that’s what you’ll get.
The Success Series is a series of marketing and practice development courses that are in-depth and immediately actionable. These courses are not the theory of what you might do to improve your practice (we’ve all wasted our time in those classes). Instead, The Success Series courses are built from decades of actual experience working with the resolution industry’s most successful mediators and arbitrators. In a small class format, you’ll be given specific and detailed action plans, information, and the assets necessary to move the dial of success in your favor.
Marketing Strategies that Really Work and Business Basics of Successful Practices
There are five simple marketing activities that have proven the most effective. We’ll discuss exactly what those activities are, why to do them, and how to do them so that you can best position yourself to be the sought-after mediator or arbitrator. This isn't a course on the theory of marketing and entrepreneurship - it's an actionable, step-by-step guided course on exactly what you need to do to make your practice successful.
The Thoroughly Modern Mediator
Mastering YouTube, LinkedIn, & podcasting (with a few honorable mentions of which tech platforms are best to support your practice) is imperative in today’s business environment.
You might already use one or all of these tools, but understanding how to optimize your usage of a chosen medium can move the dial from doing ok to doing outstanding.
Leveraging Writing, Speaking, Networking, and Training to Build Your Practice
We’ll discuss what to write, how to write it, and how to get it published. Public speaking is an art that can launch your practice. We’ll discuss the science behind becoming the go-to speaker for your target market. Networking – is the ultimate way to let our prospective clients know that they can trust us with their cases. We’ll break it down and turn networking into net-success. Speaking, Networking, and Training to Build Your Practice
Social Media Marketing for Mediators and Arbitrators
In this comprehensive seminar, I’ll share my experiences and show you exactly what to do. From a step-by-step guide on the use of social media, via an in-depth look at LinkedIn and other platforms, we’ll cover everything you need to know to succeed with social media marketing. We'll explore how to get started with the right social media platforms, creating and curating content that provides benefits to potential and existing clients while appropriately promoting your practice and more.
Levelling Up-How To Surpass Your Practice Goals
Once you’ve got the foundation pieces of your practice put together, you can level up and increase the number of your paying clients and sources of referral by leveraging writing, speaking, training, & networking.

“Recently I attended one of the Success Seminars presented by Natalie Armstrong-Motin and from the session description as well as my knowledge of Natalie and her work I had high expectations for the event. However, the information she shared as well as the way she presented it totally exceeded my expectations. The session was informative and her presentation style was easy to understand. I learned a lot and enjoyed it soo much that I was surprised when the two hours had finished. I am looking forward to the next training session.
Natalie, thank you.

“After seeing Natalie speak at the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Business committee, I knew she was something special. Natalie is incredibly encouraging, optimistic, always ready to lend a helping hand, and enlightening. After hearing her speak, I found myself drawn to her energy and needing the drive that she has that aids in perfecting her craft and the building of her business. She gives us all the positive push we need to be better, do better, and thrive in our profession. Tenacity and diligence are the words I would use to describe Natalie because those are the two main characteristics she believes in to make a business successful. I look forward to hearing Natalie speak in future engagements within our alternative dispute resolution”
“Natalie Armstrong-Motin is a class apart contributor in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a very effective speaker and knows exactly the points to stress for motivating young minds. Her approachability touches people around her and makes her stand out in the crowd.”
“I have a million wonderful things to say about Natalie Armstrong-Motin (and only 3,000 words to do it in). Natalie spoke at the PowerHouse ADR Institute this year and was over the top amazing. It was the first one for PowerHouse and, rather than wait to see if it would be successful, Natalie helped make sure it was going to be successful.
The feedback from the attendees was amazing — the feedback was people saying they could not believe how knowledgeable Natalie was, how much she related to the lawyer and mediators in the audience making her “one of us” rather than a “typical” marketing person who knows marketing but not lawyers. Most of all, people commented that they could not write notes fast enough to take down all of the excellent and relevant ideas that Natalie was providing.
PowerHouse Education focuses on #how2Skills and Natalie Armstrong-Motin was the perfect presenter to fit this schematic — she is not afraid to share the secrets to success, to teach people the how2’s, and is willing to walk with people all the way to the success gate.
I highly recommend Natalie Armstrong-Motin. She is a top notch professional — she knows what she speaks about, that is for certain! She is an amazing presenter, teacher, coach, professional and business owner. I would not hesitate to hire Natalie as a coach/consultant. Start by following her amazing blog and podcasts — trust me — they will leave you wanting more information!
If you are going to learn about mediation marketing - learn from the BEST. Learn from Natalie Armstrong-Motin. If you are going to hire someone to help you market — hire the BEST. Hire Natalie Armstrong-Motin. If you want someone to coach you through this marketing maze - hire the BEST.
Hire Natalie Armstrong-Motin.
Simply put, she is THE BEST!

“I was privileged to attend a mediator conference where Natalie gave a terrific presentation on marketing an ADR practice. I have been to numerous marketing sessions in the past, where the presenter did not appreciate the nuances of the ADR industry and how to effectively market to the consumers of ADR services. Natalie fully understands this market, and she offered a wealth of practical advice and concrete steps to help mediators build their practice. Not only was the content outstanding...Natalie’s skills as a presenter were top-notch. She was smooth, engaging and entertaining. I highly recommend Natalie!”
